Concept, demo version

Lori Passport

A quiet record of the real places you visited in Lori, one page for each season. It rewards how well you got to know the region, not how much you spent.

Concept visualizationConcept. The pilot has not started, no operator is defined and no partner or custodian has agreed to anything yet.

Virtual resort. The mountain and Lori are real; lifts, lodges and your stay are a simulation.

Stamp types: place, craft, taste, season, trail. A page is for one season; the same place can give a stamp in another season.

Four levels

Levels count the different seasons you came back in, not money. Names are working ones.

  1. Guest of the valley

A profile and 1 stamp of any kind.

    • The mountain diary
    • A first collection
    • A set of routes
  2. Companion of a season

5 to 8 stamps in one season.

    • A private trip with a guide without a booking fee
    • Priority for workshop places
  3. Companion of two seasons

Companion of a season in two seasons, 10 to 16 stamps in total.

    • A closed morning with a master
    • A paper print of the passport
    • Early access to seasonal events
  4. Lori in four seasons

All four seasons, 18 to 28 stamps in total, at least 2 craft and 2 nature stamps.

    • A share to a local fund
    • A name in the site's book, with your consent
    • A working day with partners, such as a tasting

Proposed. Thresholds are an assumption to test in a pilot. The word "Keeper" was dropped: it is the title of monks, caretakers and local families.

A soft mode

The passport is something you can switch off.

  • No timers, no ranking

There is no countdown, no leaderboard and no public list. You can simply not turn it on.

  • Few stamps a day

2 to 4 stamps a day at most, assumption. A whole guided trip gives one "route" stamp, not four.

  • A stamp has no cash value

A stamp is for a confirmed real visit. It cannot be exchanged for money, sold or sent to another guest.

  • Rewards are access and time

Priority booking, a private guide, early arrival, knowledge. Never a paid advantage at a shared monument.

  • A stamp does not expire

The level is recalculated every 12 to 24 months, assumption, so it does not become a permanent status.

  • A virtual visit is "seen"

Looking at a camera or a digital tour gives a separate mark, "seen". It is not the same as "been there".

No stamps inside monasteries

Active monasteries are not a sales infrastructure. A stamp is placed outside the fence: at the end of a route or at a partner. No QR stands, no fees, no ads inside, no filming or events without the written consent of the abbot.

Children's data is kept apart

A child's profile is separate. A diary and location only with a parent's consent, no public display, no export to third parties (assumption; a legal review is needed). For children: stamps for real visits, no money, no ranking, no timers.

How it differs from Dzyun Circle

Two layers, and they do not replace each other.

Lori Passport

A cultural record of real visits to Lori
What it counts
Confirmed visits and partner experiences, by season
What it gives
Access, time, knowledge, a symbol
Money
None; a stamp has no cash value
Level names
The four above, working

Dzyun Circle

What it is
The resort's own loyalty and guest profile
What it counts
Nights in the hotel and pass days, one shared progress
What it gives
Privileges on the resort's services, fast-track
Money
Not shown until the rules are agreed
Level names
Not defined

Both are a demo: the operator is not defined. The resort has no shops in Lori and gives no payment discounts at partners; partners keep their own loyalty.

Honest status

  • This is a concept. Nothing here can be earned or used today.
  • A real launch needs a programme operator, written agreements with partners and custodians, a data policy and a legal check. None of it has started.
  • Thresholds, limits and shares are assumptions, not promises.

A pilot, if it happens: one season, 1 to 2 routes, 3 to 5 partners.
