What the showcase shows

The modules of the YMME Hotels ecosystem that the showcase is built to demonstrate. For each: what exists now and what is simulated.

Clef PMS

Property management: availability, bookings, front desk.

Now: The plan and cart work in the prototype, in the browser only.
Simulation: All rooms, lodges and prices. No booking reaches any system.

Melody

Guest side: check-in and an AI concierge for table, spa and transfer.

Now: The check-in screen and the idea of one plan.
Simulation: No concierge is connected; nothing is answered or booked.

Refrain

Loyalty by nights and days, one status across lodging and services.

Now: The rules are described in the concept.
Simulation: Levels and balances are invented.

Dzyun Circle

The resort's own guest profile and loyalty, a face of Refrain on this showcase.

Now: The mechanics are described.
Simulation: Demo version, operator not defined.

Lori Passport

Stamps for confirmed real visits to places in Lori. No money value.

Now: Rules and the pilot idea: 3 to 5 partners, 1 to 2 routes, one season.
